The traditional
products have the characteristic not to be modern,
but on the contrary they are realized according to consolidate
rules, at least 25 years. So our products: the sausage with
the wine and the spice (finocchietto),
the capicollo with its six-monthly seasoning, the rolled
bacon
and above all the soppressata of Gioi, a slow food presidio,
they reproduce the ancient tastes and flavours.
